- Log Information: Like most online service providers, we collect information that web browsers and servers typically make available, such as the browser type, IP address, unique device identifiers, language preference, referring site, the date and time of access, and operating system. This is handled by our hosting provider, Vercel.
- Session Information: We use cookies and local storage to keep you logged in and to maintain your session state. This is essential for the Service to function.
2. How and Why We Use Information
We use information about you for the purposes listed below:
- To Provide Our Service: To set up and maintain your account, host your databases and User Content, and enable you to use the features of our Service.
- To Communicate with You: To email you for account verification, password resets, and to respond to your inquiries through our contact form.
- To Monitor and Protect Our Service: To detect and prevent fraudulent activity and other illegal activities, and to protect the rights and property of FormPipeDB and others.
3. Sharing Information
We do not sell our users' private personal information.
We share information about you in the limited circumstances spelled out below:
- Third-Party Vendors: We may share information with third-party vendors who need the information to provide their services to us. This includes:
- Supabase: Provides our database hosting, authentication, and backend infrastructure.
- Vercel: Hosts our web application.
- Email Providers: To send transactional emails like password resets and contact form submissions.
- Legal Requests: We may disclose information about you in response to a subpoena, court order, or other governmental request.
- Business Transfers: In connection with any merger, sale of company assets, or acquisition of all or a portion of our business by another company, user information would likely be one of the assets that is transferred or acquired by a third party. If any of these events were to happen, this Privacy Policy would continue to apply to your information and the party receiving your information may continue to use your information, but only consistent with this policy.
4. Data Security
While no online service is 100% secure, we work very hard to protect information about you against unauthorized access, use, alteration, or destruction, and take reasonable measures to do so. We use reputable third-party services like Supabase and Vercel and enforce HTTPS on our Service.
5. Your Rights and Choices
You have several choices available when it comes to your information:
- Access and Correct Your Information: You can access and review your account information (email and name) through your user profile in the application dashboard.
- Delete Your Account: You can delete your account at any time using the "Delete Account" feature in the application dashboard. Please note that this action is irreversible and will permanently delete all of your account information and User Content from our Service.
6. Data Retention
We retain your account information and User Content for as long as your account is active. If you choose to delete your account, we will initiate the permanent deletion of all your data from our active systems immediately.
7. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by posting the new policy on this page and updating the "Last Updated" date. We encourage you to review this Privacy Policy periodically for any changes.
